This bag has been useful to me on and off the mountain. Comfortable to wear, and so lightweight, you'll forget you have it on. Came in SO handy on a day-long bike trip to Block Island. Was able to carry a towel on the outside, extra shoes & clothing, souvenirs. And for all travel, the ipod pocket was SWEET! Your headphones pull right through a small hole so you don't have to fuss with it in your pocket. The outside straps are comfortable to have the bag feel secure around your waist when it starts to get heavy with gear. Very durable, the fabric is waterproof, solid, and the straps will not wear down as quickly as others! Can hold up to almost 30lbs! Oh, and ladies, the arm straps are fitted to your physique for a personal fit.
