The zipper pocket is invaluable! Your hands stay warm, but you can quickly unzip for added dexterity. No more cold wrists! Slip in a charcoal heater on extra cold days. Comfortable and high-quality. I thought Swany had discontinued this glove; I'm elated to see they haven't: it's just new & improved!

I live in MN and use this mitten/glove combo for ice fishing. I have yet to find a mitten that keeps my hand as warm as this one. I love the inner glove so that I can unzip the side and have use of my fingers while still keeping them covered. The leather palm is great for keeping my hands dry and helps to insultate the overall mitten. A great glove for very cold weather!
