The K2 Fatty Ski Boards – Ski Blades are designed for the intermediate/advanced recreational ski boarder; but these ski blades are also a great teaching tool for aspiring carvers or a new ski alternative for the advanced ski boarder. These ski boards are designed with a wider chassis for improved flotation in soft snow, but they are narrow enough for better hard-snow performance. The K2 Fatty comes with a mounted non-releasable binding that will fit a boot size up to a size 14. This binding adjusts without tools, so you can adjust your binding at will. These bindings fit all regular ski boots and hard-shell snowboard and mountaineering boots. Price is for one pair (two ski blades) and bindings. Dimensions: Width – 111/85/99 mm Sidecut – 10 mm Length – 88 cm

Great set of snowblades so far, more responsive then my 99cm ones. only problem with the snowblades is on lots of fresh powder, but again these are slightly wider than most and it seems to make a difference. So far the best set i've purchased. [...]

I have tried other snowblades which were much more unstable also on ice.
I believe that the "fatty" design gives the K2 snowblades the carving ski advantages on icy and slushy conditions which other snow blades do not have.

My snowblades were bought 2nd hand - and both bindings are damaged (can still be used but not optimal).

The K2 Fatty is a great snowblade! We have used them for 2 seasons now and love them. They are great 'skis' but loose some control in icy conditions. We will put the kids on them soon, too. Great in moguls and on steep runs. Fatty's withstand some abuse and come back for more. Can't wait for next season!

These are light weight and feel very good. Beaware that the bindings don't release and if you fall you could easily get hurt because they don't come off.
